Rosin No Clean Flux
The rosin no-clean flux series is made from imported rosin and natural resin. It has unique high solderability and reliability. After soldering, it has full solder joints, good leveling, fast drying and no stickiness, and forms a non-reflective protective film on the solder joints.
Halogen Free No Clean Flux
The halogen-free no-clean flux series has excellent tin-filling properties, connectivity and wettability, which can effectively reduce the surface tension of various printed circuit board surfaces andhigh-temperature molten tin, and greatly reduce the probability of solder ball tin beads.
